Ingrediants

Brinjal, tomato, chillies, turmeric, onion,oil for fry, cumin seeds, curry leaves, salt to taste.

First heat the oil and put all the ingrediants like cumin seed, curry leaves, chillies, onion, and put brinjal, let it get cook for 5 minutes, and add tomato and allow to cook for 20 minutes and put turmeric and salt and cook for 5minutes.
